Having
qualified as a Fellow of the Royal Institute
of Chartered Surveyors in 1970, I
have spent my whole professional life serving the
property market in the Bedford and surrounding wider
Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & North Hertfordshire residential property
markets. For many years, before selling out to the
Halifax, I was a senior partner in Colley Sampson - a
leading real estate and property surveying company with
offices throughout the Home Counties. Today,
while in theory, trying to achieve an improved "work
life balance", my seasoned experience and informed
judgement is regularly called upon by clients, both old
and new a like.

Surveys are performed quickly and efficiently, with
an emphasis always on delivering a reasoned quality
view, based on the knowledge and experience gained over
the last 40 years, or so, as a leading authoritative
Chartered Surveyor in the local Bedfordshire and
Cambridgeshire property market. I won't make a
"mountain out of a molehill". If the property has a
problem my style is to state it clear and in a jargon
free manner. My reports can always be considered as
comprehensive and concise for the given briefing and,
where required, will use photographs to
clarify material points. |

As an Independent Chartered Surveyor I am not linked
to any borrowing institution or estate agent. As a
result, I work for YOU, and always
act with YOUR best interests at heart. My
property reports are totally unbiased and, unlike other
reports you may be required to commission by other
parties on your property, you can always rely on my
reports to be totally "conflicting interest"
free. My aim is always to ensure YOU have all the
relevant information at YOUR fingertips, allowing
the correct property decision to be made that is right
for YOU and YOU ALONE.
