A Building Structural Survey is suitable for any
residential property old or new, however most people tend to think
of it being more applicable to older or more unusual
properties. As a general rule, it delivers the best
report to open your eyes as to all the potential, or
actual, problems with any type of property purchase.
The comprehensive full structural survey goes into depth
on all areas from minor to major and covers the property
from bottom to top, inside and out. You will be advised
as to areas that concern me as a Chartered Surveyor, why
I feel there is a problem and in most instances what I
feel needs to be done to rectify the problem.
Where requested, the Building and Structural Survey and resulting
Report can
be focussed on areas of particular concern and can
comment on proposed alternations and / or extensions.
A Building Structural Survey
